I became a client of Elena at Touch of Health in 2005 when my previous massage therapist moved out of town. I have been getting therapeutic massage for fibromyalgia and to maintain good health. I had thought I was getting a good massage prior to Elena, but once I started getting deep tissue massage treatments with her, I saw major improvements not previously obtained with massage. She has a tremendous understanding of the muscles in the human body and can pick up problem areas within minutes of putting her hands on a client. I would recommend Elena to anyone experiencing pain and soreness as she can determine if the problem is muscular and treatable with massage. If she feels she cannot help, she will tell the client.
